All chemical services as well as your haircut and design require upkeep and regular maintenance. We'll recommend products and service timing intervals to protect your investment and we'll work closely with you to keep your hair, nails, and skin in its absolute best condition so that you always look and feel your best. Your happiness with our services is of utmost importance to us, and we welcome your feedback.

Cancellations and Late Arrivals

Your service timings are your special time booked with us. We appreciate your being prompt for your appointments and ask that you call well in advance (24 hours) to cancel and/or reschedule. In order to respect our clients'; schedules, all service visits must end at the scheduled times. Please note that we do charge for the full service time in the event that you fail to call and/or appear for your scheduled appointment.
